"There is presently, a very callous nurse on shift on the fifth floor telling a patient to go on the bed and they will be cleaned later. Ugh! Causing about 50 minutes wait before she can give her a bed pan. This particular patient is wary to drink water because she will have to wait forever before she.could go. This is horrible!"
