"Was a long time patient. The girls in the office Kristen and Lauren refuse to pick up the phone when I call. Was forced to switch doctors because I couldn't simply make an appointment. I called over 60 times for 8 months (documented) being ignored till I was told by the state of CT to switch doctors during my workers comp case. My back gave out and I can't simply make an appointment here (my doctor that i chose). They left me to fend for myself mid workers comp case. Completely ignoring me while I was in pain when calling my doctor for attention. They left me to find a new doctor because they refuse to answer the phone or simply return phone calls."
