"I visited the Wayne office and filled out a detailed information form about my physical activities, what meds I take, etc. The doctor never even reviewed the form. I had questions on what I could do for the pain, etc, The doctor seemed like he was in a hurry (let alone smile) and I did not get most of my questions answered before he hurried out. He told me to take a couple of weeks and see if the pain eases up. Very disappointed."
